Kevin Pfirman Architect, PLLC founded in 2002 is a small firm located in Wilmington, North Carolina offering full architectural design and planning services locally in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Onslow counties. Recognized for a modern, vernacular, and sustainable portfolio of work, the firm focuses on challenging projects with a high level of client service and special consideration of the environment, climate and building site. The work produced has been predominantly residential in type until recently the firm has branched out into the design of offices, retail, recreational, multi-family, and planning projects.

The approach to delivering projects is one which focuses on the process of design, where analysis, clarification and simplification of ideas coupled with client input yield exceptional design solutions. This process often involves creating sketches, drawings, physical and computer models, as well as preparing budgets and schedules.
